Meet Ricci-Leigh Smith, Chef and Owner

Ricci’s love affair with cooking starting out in her mom’s kitchen at the age of 6 and has been cooking up a storm ever since. There, she learned the importance of incorporating love into every dish.

After training under a number of renowned chefs, she completed her apprenticeship at the Four Season’s Hotel and went on to achieve her Red Seal certification. In 2008, Ricci established her company, The Perfect Bite and takes pride in always offering her customers the best quality in food and service.
